It was on this winegrower's house, located in the heart of La Noue, in Sainte-Marie de Ré, that Anne and Emmanuel set their sights nearly four years ago. Abandoned and neglected for decades, time had seemed to stand still. A long process was then undertaken to bring it back to life, respecting its history and its original materials, while adapting it to the use of a charming guest house. Throughout the restoration process, a single credo was followed: that sobriety would enhance the value of the old materials and the beautiful fabrics.
